Corprate.io’s processing of personal data about private users

Corprate.io, CVR no. 40329099, is the data controller and processes your personal data confidentially and in compliance with applicable privacy legislation.

When you give your consent and create a user profile, Corprate.io collects the following data about you: name, contact details, LinkedIn ID for verification of your identity and the information that you may otherwise provide as part of your response to a review and correspondence with Corprate.io. Reviews cannot contain sensitive personal data and you must avoid sending sensitive personal data to Corprate.io.

The data that are collected are placed on a secure server in a database. Only Corprate.IO has access to this database. Your data will never be sold or disclosed for other purposes.

The reason for Corprate.io’s processing of your data is this consent and our legitimate interests as part of the operation of the reviewing platform.

Corprate.io does not share your data with others and when your review is ready for publication, this will also be anonymous. This means that the review text does not contain personal data.

Corprate.io stores your data with external suppliers with whom we have entered into data processor agreements.

Corprate.io stores your data until you ask us to delete them. You will not be able to require your review to be deleted as after deletion of your user profile it will be entirely anonymous.

You are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to datapolicy@corprate.io or by writing to: Corprate.io, Vermundsgade 38 E, 2. th., 2100 Copenhagen Ø.

If you elect to withdraw your consent, this does not affect the legality of our processing of your personal data on the basis of your previous consent up to the date of your withdrawal of consent. If you withdraw your consent, it will therefore only apply from this date.

The right to access data: You have the right to access the information that we process about you as well as a range of additional data.

The right to rectification: You are entitled to have incorrect data about yourself corrected.

If you are entitled to restrict processing, we will only be permitted in future to process the data – with the exception of storage – with your consent or in order to ascertain, invoke or defend legal claims or to protect a person or important societal interests.

The right to object: In certain circumstances, you are entitled to object to our otherwise legal processing of your personal data. You may also object to the processing of your data for the purposes of direct marketing.

The right to data portability: In certain circumstances, you are entitled to receive your personal data in a structured, standard and machine-readable format and to transfer these personal data from one data controller to another without hindrance.

Corprate.io’s processing of personal data on users who set up a profile in order to respond to a review on behalf of an employer

Corprate.io, CVR no. 40329099, is the data controller and processes your personal data confidentially and in compliance with applicable privacy legislation.

When you create a user profile, Corprate.io collects the following data about you: name, contact details, LinkedIn ID for verification of your identity and information that you may otherwise provide as part of your response to a review and correspondence with Corprate.io.

The purpose of this data collection is the response you wish to give on behalf of an employer or a recruitment agency, and which has received one or more reviews on our platform. It is also possible to set up a profile as a corporate user to use the platform. If you set up such a profile, we use your data for the purposes of giving you access to the platform.

The reviews and responses cannot contain sensitive personal data and you must avoid sending sensitive personal data to Corprate.io.

The basis for Corprate.io’s processing of your data is the contract you enter into with us on behalf of the employer you represent. Your creation of a user and application to submit a response constitutes the contract.

Our processing of your data may also be based on our legitimate interests as part of the operation of the reviewing platform.
